My needs are simple: point-and-shoot, a few zoom options, the ability to play around with settings, a few preset options (closeup, night shot, portrait, red eye reduction), high resolution, and not too expensive. This camera fit all of my needs just fine. Its intuitive to use and relatively customizable. My only complaint is that it doesnt come with a memory card, and the internal memory only has enough room for about ten high resolution photos. Otherwise this is a great little camera that takes amazing pictures, decent video, and is easy to work with.

I bought this for my own birthday present last summer at the beginning of a long vacation, and my husband and I both love it. So, now its ours! It shoots stills and movies and is easy to focus. And it fits in your pocket. We have three other digital cameras including a Panasonic with a better lens, but for snapshots this is great. It does require a card reader capable of the high density cars. My husband bought an 8G card so he could take a lot of movies of steam trains during a recent trip. I dont recommend it, though, because I messed up my card reader trying to get it to work. My laptop took the card easily, so it can be done. I didnt try any of the EasyShare functions because I am not interested in them.

Very nice camera. Its not expensive but powerful. The only thing weird (I am not sure if it happened only to me or not) is buzzing sound when the camera is set into some modes, but it doesnt affect the joy of taking photos.

This camera exceeded my expectations. The clarity of the screen is unbelievable and navigation is so easy. I forgot that this was an easy share camera, but this feature is so helpful when it comes to uploading my pictures. Love everything about it!!
